Benton Duffett, III has practiced in the field of family and divorce law for over 35 years and is a skilled litigator and negotiator in all areas of domestic relations. Lisa Levi has over 25 years of experience in domestic relations and is recognized as an expert litigator. John Winkler has over 25 years of experience in family law cases and, as a military officer, has extensive knowledge regarding the representation of military service members and their spouses. Carole Rubin has over 18 years of experience in domestic relations, excelling in the courtroom and advising clients in alternative dispute resolution methods. The firm’s junior partner, Katherine Smith, has 15 years of experience in the field of domestic relations and is an experienced litigator and negotiator.
